Mr. Taxi accepts complaints about taxi drivers and their vehicles from passengers, observers, or people who were refused a pick-up.
It is against the law for a taxi driver to refuse to pick you up because of race, disability, or destination while on duty.
A taxi driver is required to drive you to any destination.
Report a driver who:
- Uses a cell phone while driving
- Overcharges or demands tips
- Refuses a credit card
- Fails to display a Taxi Permit
- Is rude
- Is reckless or unsafe if you were the passenger
- Is reckless or unsafe if you were not the passenger
- Takes a long route or refuses route requests
- Refuses to pick up a passenger
- Is smoking
- Has bad body odor
Report a taxi that:
- Is dirty
- Smells of body odor or smoke
- Has broken or missing credit card equipment
- Has broken or missing equipment, other than credit card machine or information screen
- Report other fare problems when using a credit card.
